My 29 year old daughter bought a 1989 house in Clearwater that needed several services.Her work schedule and newness of home ownership led me to help from 2 hours away. Finding a good plumber was more daunting than finding a roofer or HVAC company. We wanted 3 proposals and Formula Plumbing in Odessa was selected because of their competitive price, timeliness, and the help of Frank, a kind, calm service manager who walked us through what we needed to know. An additional challenge was not being able to access the house until after closing for them to check things out, than having a tight time schedule before she had to move out of her old place.

The work she had done was to move the washer/dryer and water heater, to install a new water heater, expansion tank, new refrigerant line for ice maker, install a garbage disposal, replace the home shut off valve and exterior hose bib, plus shut off valves for all. Formula gave her discounts to bundle all the work which helped so much. Wade was the plumber and completed the work in a day and a half.
All of these items plus replacing roof, HVAC, and electrical panel helped to lower her homeowner insurance quite a bit.
After moving in, she had some knocking. We spoke with Frank who tried to help diagnose the problem and Wade returned for a free diagnosis. It seems to be high water pressure which they thought was odd in that area of Clearwater. She received a price for a fix, however, other expenses with the home mean this will have to go on the back burner.

We are very grateful to have found Frank, Wade from Formula Plumbing and hope to not have to call them anytime soon as we hope the house is in much better shape now. We would recommend them.

Formula Plumbing South Tampa answered my PM call last night confirmed job mid-morning Wade was here by 1:30 completed a removal and new water heater insulation out by 4:30 amazing Hot Water Tonight.

Company is amazing. Saw great reviews online before calling for a quote. Wade came out quickly and gave a great price for the repair of the sewer line and work in the master bathroom. The work started immediately and the master bath was fully functional and completed before he left for the day. All the work looked great, was done quickly, and the dug up yard was cleaned up so well it looked like nothing was ever done.

From start to finish the dishwasher and garbage disposal install project went well. Shelby, Frank, and service tech, Wade all communicated well and provided exceptional customer service. I was VERY pleased to discover Formula One Plumbing after an internet search for plumbers in my area indicated they could tackle the specific jobs I needed which included annual maintenance on a tankless gas water heater & laundry room piping involving gas.
Their website offers a very convenient appointment portal where you can describe what work needs to be done. The next working day, I received a text message and follow up call to discuss my needs. Considering how busy we all are, I appreciated how efficient this was. Less friction = quicker home maintenance accomplishments!

The communication is excellent on all aspects..from thorough dispatch updates, quotes, ease of texting inquiries & follow up. These measures can be rare to find in the service industry and really shows the client they respect their time and energy.

Joe was very nice, competent and experienced. He offered great advice and also included my priorities in the troubleshooting process and offered different resolutions. He, along with Jacob, were tidy (wore booties) & very polite.
Pricing was fair & reasonable & more competitive if bundled with other plumbing needs.
I will use this family business again & refer them to friends.

Had work done at my home from Zach and a colleague. They came right on time. Both were friendly. They completed work fixing my sink, adjusting my water softener, testing the water, and flushing my water heater in a timely manner. They were efficient and clearly knew what they were doing.
