Had work done at my home from Zach and a colleague. They came right on time. Both were friendly. They completed work fixing my sink, adjusting my water softener, testing the water, and flushing my water heater in a timely manner. They were efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. Dan was the technician who fixed my Mom's Water Softening System. He was Curtious, Profesional, Timely, and explained everything in language that I could easily understand.

They were very detailed. Dan didn't leave till job was done. He cleaned up after himself. Hauled the old tank away and the old piping that needed to be replaced. He had to jackhammer the concrete to cut out the bad pipe. Laid new concrete down after fix. Very professional.

Gage did a great job again with a third project (four projects total with Formula Plumbing). The tub was backing up with water for three days during showering and on the fourth day the toilet started bubbling/gurgling. I knew that was a sign of it going to overflow as it did for the past three years almost like clockwork. So, Gage, Joe and Michael assisting for cameras to check the line to both toilets, found the problem and cleared the line blockage and put in a brand new "Toto" brand toilet. I chose the third option to remedy the problem; the other two options would be like "putting bandaids on the problem'" and the blockage/overflow would happen again. Great experience with Formula Plumbing. Frank was straight forward and detailed with the breakdown in pricing and used contractor grade tank and materials for the water heater install. Wade came out on time and was friendly and did really clean work. Couldn’t be happier with our new water heater. Would use their services again.
