Why Trinity Homeowners Choose Formula Plumbing
You Get Pricing From the Office, Not From the Plumber
We quote pricing from the office before a plumber ever steps into your home, so you never wonder if the price changes based on who shows up.
A Local Company, Not a Franchise
We are a locally owned plumbing company, not a franchise. Our Odessa office serves Trinity and the rest of West Pasco, and decisions about your service are made by people who live and work in this area.
Kind, Patient, and Helpful Plumbers
We take the time to explain what we find and answer your questions. You will not get attitude from our team, just clear communication and quality work.
We Know Trinity Plumbing
Most Trinity homes were built from the late 1980s onward in planned neighborhoods like Thousand Oaks, Trinity Oaks, Heritage Springs, and Longleaf. Many of those homes still have original water heaters, supply lines, and fixtures that are reaching the end of their service life.
Common Plumbing Issues We Solve in Trinity
Aging Water Heaters
Homes built in the 1990s and 2000s are often on their second or third water heater. We repair and replace tank and tankless water heaters, and we tell you plainly when replacement makes more sense than another repair.
Hard Water and Mineral Buildup
Hard water leaves scale in fixtures, water heaters, and appliances. We install and service water softeners and whole-home filtration to protect your plumbing.
Hidden Leaks and Slab Leaks
Most Trinity homes sit on concrete slabs. A rising water bill, warm spots on the floor, or the sound of running water can point to a leak under the slab. We use electronic and infrared tools for leak detection so we can find the problem without guesswork.
Polybutylene and Aging Supply Lines
Some homes built before the mid-1990s were plumbed with polybutylene pipe, which is prone to failure as it ages. We inspect your supply lines and repipe when replacement is the right call.
Clogged Drains and Sewer Line Backups
Grease, roots from mature landscaping, and years of buildup cause slow drains and backups. We clear them with drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and sewer line camera inspections.

Colt was our plumber yesterday from Formula Plumbing. He did an outstanding job. The quote was honest and there were no estimate surprises. What we expected to be a fairly straightforward repair turned into a much longer and more complicated job, but he never rushed and did not stop until the problem was completely resolved.
It clearly required a great deal of patience and knowledge, and Colt handled everything professionally from start to finish. He was thorough, courteous, and respectful of our home, and he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.
We really appreciated the time and effort he put into getting the job done properly. We also greatly appreciate Wade coming in with some extra tools to get the job done. I would absolutely recommend Formula Plumbing. Excellent.

Highly recommend Formula Plumbing! We had an unexpected issue at our rental property, and their entire team was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the office staff to every technician who came out, everyone was responsive, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and, most importantly, done right. It’s not always easy finding a company you feel you can trust, especially when dealing with an urgent repair from out of town, and I was so impressed with the level of service we received.
Thank you to the entire Formula Plumbing team for taking such great care of us. We will definitely be using them again!

My 29 year old daughter bought a 1989 house in Clearwater that needed several services. Her work schedule and newness of home ownership led me to help from 2 hours away. Finding a good plumber was more daunting than finding a roofer or HVAC company. We wanted 3 proposals and Formula Plumbing in Odessa was selected because of their competitive price, timeliness, and the help of Frank, a kind, calm service manager who walked us through what we needed to know. An additional challenge was not being able to access the house until after closing for them to check things out, than having a tight time schedule before she had to move out of her old place.
The work she had done was to move the washer/dryer and water heater, to install a new water heater, expansion tank, new refrigerant line for ice maker, install a garbage disposal, replace the home shut off valve and exterior hose bib, plus shut off valves for all. Formula gave her discounts to bundle all the work which helped so much. Wade was the plumber and completed the work in a day and a half.
All of these items plus replacing roof, HVAC, and electrical panel helped to lower her homeowner insurance quite a bit.
After moving in, she had some knocking. We spoke with Frank who tried to help diagnose the problem and Wade returned for a free diagnosis. It seems to be high water pressure which they thought was odd in that area of Clearwater. She received a price for a fix, however, other expenses with the home mean this will have to go on the back burner.
We are very grateful to have found Frank, Wade from Formula Plumbing and hope to not have to call them anytime soon as we hope the house is in much better shape now. We would recommend them.

Company is amazing. Saw great reviews online before calling for a quote. Wade came out quickly and gave a great price for the repair of the sewer line and work in the master bathroom. The work started immediately and the master bath was fully functional and completed before he left for the day. All the work looked great, was done quickly, and the dug up yard was cleaned up so well it looked like nothing was ever done.

From start to finish the dishwasher and garbage disposal install project went well. Shelby, Frank, and service tech, Wade all communicated well and provided exceptional customer service. They did exactly what was expected and even checked out a few other concerns while there. We will be a return customer for sure.

I was VERY pleased to discover Formula One Plumbing after an internet search for plumbers in my area indicated they could tackle the specific jobs I needed which included annual maintenance on a tankless gas water heater & laundry room piping involving gas.
Their website offers a very convenient appointment portal where you can describe what work needs to be done. The next working day, I received a text message and follow up call to discuss my needs. Considering how busy we all are, I appreciated how efficient this was. Less friction = quicker home maintenance accomplishments!
The communication is excellent on all aspects..from thorough dispatch updates, quotes, ease of texting inquiries & follow up. These measures can be rare to find in the service industry and really shows the client they respect their time and energy.
Joe was very nice, competent and experienced. He offered great advice and also included my priorities in the troubleshooting process and offered different resolutions. He, along with Jacob, were tidy (wore booties) & very polite.
Pricing was fair & reasonable & more competitive if bundled with other plumbing needs.
I will use this family business again & refer them to friends.
Thank you for incorporating modern technology to help customers while keeping a personal touch to your business. 🙌🏼 You’re balancing it well.
