I recently had Formula replace our electric hot water tank. Everyone I worked with on this project was professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was competitive, they provided a good quality product and the work was done very quickly. They also made sure the solution met current code. Our technician was Daniel and he was a pleasure to work with, very professional and very easy going. He took the time to clearly explain any questions I had relative to the work. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing projects I may need.

They listened To my very long explanation of why and how I needed to do things at a rental property and came up with a great solution to not only help me but get the problem fixed in a timely fashion. Prices for everything are high but this company keeps up a great business - they don’t short cut to save - they’re fair and honest. Camera was top of the line and Gabe took the time to show me all of the plumbing- so it made sense. Showed me the problem areas and gave me options with no pushy sales pressure.
