The professionals at Formula Plumbing have the "formula" for customer service perfected. I found standing water in my garage which turned out to be a broken water line. The water not only got in the garage but also in my bathroom and closet. In the process of tracking down the leak, a leak was also discovered in a water heater line. Joe, Daniel and Gage along with Candice and Frank were there for me every step of the way. All the details were explained to me in full and I was given options to consider. The leaks were fixed, the water heater replaced, and I am 100% satisfied with the service and very fair pricing I received. Every person I dealt with, including Voe, the young lady who answers the phone, was totally pleasant and reassuring. I have found my plumbers for life!

Dan replaced my whole house water filter tank and head. His work was performed with much care and respect for his surroundings and customer.

We have used Formula Plumbing twice, with Dan as our technician both times, and we are Formula customers for life for several reasons. First, they were the only plumbing service where a real person answered the phone instead of an automated system. For our first, smaller job, the manager spoke with us directly and ensured someone could come out the same day. Our second job turned out to be more involved than we initially expected, but Frank took the time to walk us through every option, patiently answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the solution that made the most sense for both our budget and our needs. Dan began work right away and was thoughtful, thorough, and clearly masterful in his craft. Our toddler even remembered him from the first visit and was genuinely excited to see “Mr. Dan” again. In a time when it’s rare to find a company that truly feels local, Formula Plumbing stands out. They treat you like a valued customer, not a number, and that level of care, professionalism, and personal attention is what will keep us coming back and recommending them without hesitation.

Gage was extremely knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and thorough! He arrived early and set right to the task. I am very impressed with the quality of his work and the price was reasonable! The company stands behind its work and always does a five star job. You will not be disappointed using them. What started out as a water leak ended up being a whole home repipe. Mike and his team worked diligently through 2 hurricanes and home flooding to complete the job. This is hands down the best plumbing company in the Tampa Bay Area and Mike is the best!

Service was excellent and Gage worked really hard to install three new toilets and replace all the supply lines and shut off valves. Frank was a pleasure to work with in estimates of cost, and very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I kicked off discussion of installing a new water heater with Frank and the conversations went well where we found a path forward that made us both happy. Matt C. came out to finalize the bid and then begin work. He was a one man machine. He kept me informed all throughout the process and gave me some tips/pointers/etc along the way. I've dealt with some sketchy plumbers in the past and this experience today was a breath of fresh air. Its nice to meet a contractor that isnt there to gouge you and squeeze out the last bit of money you have. I would highly recommend the Frank/Matt combo to anyone. This was my first experience with Formula Plumbing, but it definitely will not be the last...they are professional, extremely courteous, very prompt to respond, highly experienced, and customer friendly. Whereas our HOA residents have not reported any recent plumbing issues, should they arise, I will without hesitation, recommend the services of Formula Plumbing. For our specific job request, it involved the repair of the existing (and cracked) vent pipe for the main sewer line cleanout. From Joe, who originally diagnosed the issue and developed a viable recommendation, to Frank, who was very communicative and completely understood the expense sensitivity for our Association, to Daniel and Blake, who worked diligently and creatively in their completion of the installation of the cast iron sleeve and cap for the cleanout vent pipe. All in all, if I could give Formula Plumbing 10 stars, I would...from my initial contact with one of the office assistants to the successful completion of the repair, it ranks right at the top my experiences with service professionals!
