Wade the plumber sent by Formula Plumbing was very professional and proficient. He was neat and quick. I thought he did a great job! I had an expansion tank installed and water heater ball valve replaced. Considering the cost of parts and the speed in which the job was performed I felt the labor charge was on the high side. But this may be the going rate here in Florida.

The service was on timely manner. They send the technician immediately. The technician was professional and knowledgeable.

The Manager Frank was very professional, in explaining what the problem was an options to fix it . The plumber that came out was on time every time , very polite an mindful of not tracking dirt or water in the house . The pricing was very fair , i really liked the whole experience, communication and customer service is key and they got an A+ in my book.
